  Use absolutely anyone else. We had the most ridiculous experience with this company and would not recommend to anyone for any reason. First the service person showed up to our house and rather than coming to the front door chose to stand in the yard and look through our window. When I came out of the front door to greet him he was unmasked, which I was not told on the phone. We have an unvaccinated child in the home and would not have used this company if we had known they were choosing to not wear masks into clients homes. Our very friendly and sweet dog came out of the front door with me and barked at him one time in surprise and then sniffed his leg - she did not jump, did not growl, did not bare teeth, did not do anything intimidating. The man started to YELL at me to put the dog up and when I told him she would be in the house during service he got upset and left. When I called the company to complain they were dismissive and said the agent claimed our dog "charged at him" and then asked me if the dog had barked. So be warned - if you have a dog, perhaps even one that barks when someone comes to the door, or if you expect strangers coming in your home to wear masks, go somewhere else!!!

  Only made a phone call for quick inquiry, but the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Listened and was happy to answer my questions to the best of their ability, not knowing the exact situation. Would definitely use them if I had a true plumbing issue!

  Any plumbing problem I have had Hillsborough plumbing has taken care of it professionally without overcharging me like most plumbers. I highly recommend Hillsborough plumbing for residential or commercial plumbing!
