The world's worst, save your money and go with someone else!!! Hillards was hired by Lowe's to disconnect my kitchen sink and reconnect the new one. Two young ladies arrived,  disconnected the plumbing,  acted like she wasn't sure what she was doing,  turned off the water,  but let water run all over the cabinet. Came back later same day,  didn't have the baskets for the reconnect,  Mr. Hillard came back out to reconnect the next day, with one of the young ladies. He was in the process of reconnecting the garbage disposal, when  she popped her head up, and said sir, your going to need a new disposal. They had broken the garbage disposal where the pipe attachment is. Put it back together broken,  and closed up the cabinets. Went to leave,  said that they were done. I ran water in the left side of sink,  was leaking! She adjusted after I pointed it out. I rechecked,  and turned on the disposal,  leaking from where they broke it. They said well that's your disposal,  it was working fine before they arrived. I said I was not signing, and I'm not happy with the work. They left me with a leaking kitchen sink. no way to do dishes. Still waiting for Lowe's to resolve this problem. Very very unhappy!!! Oh and the was $470.00!!! Run!!
2/21/2019- update Lowe's was unable to get any other Plummer, according to their staff , Hillards is only one. So over a week from when Hillards was hired to come do the job,  Hillards was back out,  replaced the garbage disposal and fixed the problem with the plumbing. Happy to have the problem taken care of,  but will never use them again,  and plan to boycott Lowe's.

This is a good company who do what they say they’ll do in a timely manner. They do good work and you would be glad you called and let them take care of your job!

We had a suspected gas leak. Hillards made special accommodation to come check out our place so that we would be safe. Very good people!

Great people and they do a great job at what they do. Very friendly and professional. Jim Hillard is very polite and understanding only place I will ever spend my money with!

Plumber installed my stove today that I bought from Lowe’s.   They used the old gas line and still charged me for a new one.  The stove was dented from the dolly and is on the endcap.  It looks terrible.  Do not use these people ever.

Fast and efficient. Carry all the parts needed for the job, so they don't run back to the business and charge more for labor. They stand behind their work.

Staff was friendly and came the same day I called.
