  Professional, honest and friendly! Jose came out and helped educate my wife and I on our septic system. This is our first home with septic and we had a lot of questions. He patiently answered all of our question with easily understood answers. He was also a great help in understanding how our system works and how to maintain it properly. We are happy to find a great company to work with and they will be handling all of our future septic needs.

  Customer service is not their strong point. They sent a guy out ( at 65.00 an hour ) for four hours, of which he spent three hours on his phone and one hour actually working. So of the three septics we needed pumped only one got done. We would never waste our time or money calling them again.

  employees were not honest about the service they performed in my house so when I called to have services performed again it was not in record the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that I was not being truthful and that I must have used a different company sorry ma'am my family always uses your company not no more
