  We have used Shannon twice and could not be more pleased with his work. He communicates in a prompt, friendly manner, diagnoses what the problem is, and does what's necessary to fix it. He's professional, easy to talk to, dependable, and definitely our go-to plumber now. We heartily recommend him.

  94 year old mom had pipes freeze and break during ice/snow storm. Shannon Wilson worked late night and 6 hours next day to repair old outdoor plumbing so that she could have water returned to her house. He was Always pleasant, professional, and timely. His work was very good. He left everything very clean when done. And he did all this in the snow and cold. Thank you!

  Shannon has done several jobs for me and he is always reliable, honest, fair, and very pleasant. I highly recommend his company for any plumbing issues you may have. He is very responsive to calls and will show up when he says he will. I've never had any problems or concerns with him. That is very nice to have in an area where you have few plumbers, and a lot of contractors do not stand by their work, or even respond to your calls. Definitely will use Highland Lakes plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.
