  Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and professional business. I contacted High Rock Water in the evening to discuss issues I was having with my water fluctuating pressure and pump persistently kicking on and off. Garrett arrived the next day, and diagnosed the problem as a failed pressure tank. He offered the solution of replacing the tank, advised me that High Rock Water had a replacement tank in stock, and that they could perform the replacement the following day. They even offered to take a look at the previous water report I got when I purchased my home, to give me a second opinion on whether I should consider a water softening system in the future. After completing the work, Garrett made sure to show me the details of all the work they did, and assured me to give High Rock Water a call for any future needs. High Rock Water went above and beyond in my eyes, to provide me with convenient and excellent service, at a price point that was competitive. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs water supply/ plumbing work done.

  My husband and I are in the process of buying a home, and we decided to use High Rock Water and Mechanical Services to do our well inspection. As any trade business, there is never going to be an exact time they will be there due to completing other jobs. Garrett was able to give us a time frame between 1-3pm and stuck to his word. He kept us up to date throughout the day on when his estimated time would be. He showed up in between that time frame and immediately got to work with his helper Justin. He thoroughly explained the well inspection process and gave his professional opinions as well regarding the already in place systems. He took water samples to send to the lab and once he received the results, he sent them to us immediately. He was able to explain the next steps according to our results. Garrett was able to explain what our levels were in a way that someone who does not have any well experience can understand. I truly appreciated his time and service. I will be recommending him to my family and friends in the future!! Thank you for making this exciting but stressful process go smoothly.

  Garrett did an amazing job replacing our well pump! We called in a panic on a Sunday and he instantly helped us. Set up an appt for Monday morning to diagnose the problem and fix whatever it was. He spent hours here to quote us properly while explaining everything that needed to be done. Also, upon his inspection of everything, he realized the piping and wiring going down to our well was not what it should have been. He gave us a reasonable quote and his work ended up exceptional. We've never had any problems before this and I am very happy that we chose Garrett to fix our problem. Highly recommended.
