  James recently completed three different home maintenance projects for me. They involved plumbing, construction and painting skills. All projects were finished in a professional manner and completely to my satisfaction. Would have no problem using this company again.

  DOESN'T RECOMMEND. Be aware. You might got ripped off. Texted James, the owner, the details of project. He quoted me over $10,000 for just a 15x30 concrete pad. What?? Then he came down to $7500 in a second after I say it's much higher than the well-known concrete company in FS. The price range for this job is 4 times lower than he quoted me. James just throw those numbers out there and hope I bite the bait. This is unprofessional especially he is the owner... Glad I had many others that came gave me a reasonable prices, quality works, and very honest about the information to get my project done. I just don't know how a business like this still around the Fort. There are many businesses out there that will do the job for you at least better than this one...I wouldn't trust those 5 stars reviews out there especially on this business.

  Thang, Thank you for your review. I quoted you the price of a concrete pad that also included the cost of labor, materials, equipment rental and several other factors. I reduced the price of the estimate by removing some of my laborers after you informed me that it was out of your price range. I can assure you that I try to give the most accurate estimates and give my customers the best price I can. You asked me for a quote on what it would take for me to do the job, I am sorry that we could not come to an agreement and complete it for you. I strive as the business owner to make sure that I am honest and provide the best information to my customers. Again, I am sorry you felt that I was unprofessional and unreasonable with my prices. I wish you well.

  I had a very tedious and time consuming job we needed done. James came in and did the job, and made sure all was satisfactory. Though it took longer than anyone expected he did not give up and Completed the job. Very dependable and Thorough with his work.
