  Hick’s Plumbing is excellent and I highly recommend them. They were very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. My plumbing issue was extensive and they worked diligently to fix it, even staying late until complete so my family could have hot water over Christmas. My family and I felt like we were their top priority which made us feel appreciated. I will only recommend Hick’s Plumbing to friends and family in the area.

  I had my main water pipe break over the weekend. Hicks Plumbing responded within a half hour of my request for service. They helped me secure the main water valve and research what needed to be done to repair the break. They showed up the next morning and began work right away. There were able to replace the entire main pipe from the cut off valve all the way to my basement and into my home quickly and with minimal additional damage to my home. There fast response definitely minimized my basement damage. There were able to pull the permit from the county, get it repaired, and inspected all within 24 hours, especially over a weekend. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing services in my home. Tony and his team was very personal, easy to speak with, professional, and explained the entire process to ensure I was comfortable with what work needed to be completed.

  I've been working with Hicks Plumbing for the past couple of years and have been very pleased with their service, particularly Tony and Christina! Christina is a rockstar in customer service - very attentive in answering the phones and texts and making sure communication is smooth between the client and plumbers. Tony and his team have been wonderful to work with - they provide honest and straightforward answers and only recommend repairs that would be truly necessary. Great job, Hicks Plumbing!
