They came in & were here 2 minutes.  They said it just needed an adjustment.  But that didn't work. I've tried to get back here for a month!  They never show up.  I paid them 65$ to do absolutely nothing.  I would pass them by and call any other plumber, if you want the job done right.

Had several pipes burst during the last snow storm. I called several plumbers and no one would show up at 9 pm on a Sunday night. Hick's plumbing showed up about 20 minutes after I called and fixed all the broken pipes. They were at my house till almost midnight. It's good to know there is still honest professional plumbers out there.

Hick's Plumbing came out and fixed my main line that burst outside. They repaired my yard after digging it up and were professional and did the job when they said and the cost was very reasonable compared to the other plumbers that came out. I will definitely use them again!

I highly recommend looking at the reviews prior to scheduling work from this company. When I called the receptionist to schedule the appointment I was told a plumber would be out on Friday and I would get a call that morning to inform me what time. I am a realtor and the property was scheduled to close on that day. It was very important that the work be complete. Knowing this I started calling the company that Friday at 8. I called and it went to voicemail but I didn't leave one. About 8:30 I called back and this time my call was forwarded directly to voicemail. I thought that was strange so I asked my girlfriend for her phone to call the company after checking the poor reviews. I called on my girlfriends phone and they didn't answer but immediately called me back. When I answered and stated my name there was a silence and then she said " we won't be able to make it out until Monday”. My jaw dropped because this put the closing in jeopardy. I was fortunately able to negotiate the deal with the buyers and they agreed to close if we paid for the work to be done. I received a call from hicks at 4 P.M. in the afternoon asking for contact information for the sellers who were paying for the work. I gave the company their information so they could reach out to collect payment. I was called the following day at noon because apparently they called that evening and the following morning and were not paid. She then asked me for the contact information again to which I replied "didn't we talk about this yesterday". She very rudly said "I can't remember all the 50 phone calls I made yesterday and I don't have patience for this kind of thing" as if it was my fault she had a lapse in memory. I quickly told her I have seen the reviews of her company and now I understand why. Not only do they not show up when they claim they will, but they dodge phone calls and then are rude after the fact. I am sure the plumbers are great to work with but they really need to work on hiring respectful office workers who do what they say they are going to do. She then followed up via text message to explain why she was rude and blamed it on the fact she recently had covid. Anyone else tired of hearing covid excuses for EVERYTHING under the sun?

Very rude. Was just trying to see what was going on because I've been without water for over 2 weeks now and they were just rude. I get it a lot of people have busted pipes right now doesn't mean you have to be rude when I'm asking a simple question.
