  They’ve installed several of our HVAC rooftop units over the years and am always happy with the scheduling, work performed, and estimates given. Their repair technician, Tom, is a real wizard. Very personable, polite, knowledgeable, and works efficiently.

  These folks have been to my house for service on two different occasions. Once to fix my home furnace and once to install a furnace in my garage. Service was quick and done professionally and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing furnace work. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Bob

  It’s rare for me to discuss poor business tact. However, we had a horrible experience with this company. My husband contacted them because our boiler system’s pump was not working, leaving us in the cold with small children in house. We understand that we are not the only people in this position when Michigan fall rolls around. However, they said we would have to wait nearly two weeks to get a technician over to just evaluate. But if we paid a higher fee, they could come within a day or two, so we paid more. They called the following day with a quote of $1500.00. My husband requested a breakdown and they denied. I then called the business and spoke with the same woman, who also said they never break down fees for parts or their hourly charge. I explained to her that I prefer to be educated on a $1500.00 expense and if she could not do that for me I would take my business elsewhere. This had absolutely nothing to do with price comparing or shopping around. We understand small business, we support small business. I just felt that I’m entitled to know what I’m putting that much money towards. She proceeded to tell me I could call around and I thanked her and disconnected the line. We called another local company and they were happy to guarantee us a breakdown of parts needed and could get us in within 3 business days at their standard technician fee. I’m glad we dodged that bullet.
