  If you are interested in backwards faucets/handles, drains that don't drain properly, then this is the business for you. PVC that is put together so bad that a toddler could have done it better. Pitiful. If you're having a custom build, I would make sure to check the plumbing before you sign that contract!

  Extremely shoddy work on plumbing for new house. Matt the owner would promise to come check on the issue, but would never show up. Would not return calls. He would only answer the phone if I called from different phone numbers that he didn't recognize. It was totally unprofessional yet funny at the same time. My builder finally paid to hire another plumber come fix issues that Hester Plumbing crew did not do correctly. The plumber that came out was actually a good plumber who previously worked for Hester Plumbing had left because of poor quality work by coworkers, and a lack of leadership and involvement from the owner. Too many issues to mention, but its fair to say some people should not be in business and this is one.

  This company should get a 0000 rating. Plumbed a new home for me a few years ago. Worst mess I have ever seen. Had to get a real plumber to come in too finish. They had to tear out most of the plumbing and install it correctly. This bunch is most certainly the Most incompetent plumber I have ever seen. We have several plumbing issues since the warranty on the house expired which I fixed myself. DO NOT USE this company.
