  My furnace died in the middle of the frigid temperatures Rapid City has been experiencing recently. I called Hermy's around 10:30 a.m. and Russell was there within 20 minutes. After looking the situation over, I was told the old furnace was not worthy of being repaired. These guys not only ordered a new furnace, got it to Rapid City within 3 hours delivered to my location and brought in two more guys to help....they had it installed, up and running by 6:30 that evening. If I could give them a 6 star review I would because they definitely deserve it. Thank you all so much! Brenda

  When our AC quit working right in the middle of summer, the crew at Hermy's came to the rescue! The owner himself came out after hours to diagnose the problem and try to fix it. When we found out our unit was beyond repair, we decided to replace the entire HVAC system. When Brian and his team got to our home, they determined that there was no need to replace the whole system and recommended just replacing our outdoor unit. They cut our bill in half and got us up and running with same day service! If you ever need HVAC work, call Hermy's!

  Brain is the best! During the November 29-30 blizzard, we kept losing power. This caused the furnace Hermy's installed in February to keep kicking off the Limit Switch, so the furnace wouldn't stay on, or heat up. In desperation, I called -- not knowing if I would get a response due to the blizzard or not. Brian called me back right away, and after sending pictures of my furnace, Brian was able to help us get our furnace working right away. Thank you Brian.
