  We had a problem with our gas hot water heater and Herdman Plumbing responded right away. The professional approach & attention to detail by Herdman Reps Jim an Brett was outstanding. Jim and Brett made sure that the carbon monoxide problem went away by installing a new furnace even though it was Saturday and it took working into the evening. They made us feel as though our need to have a safe, sound and trouble free heating system was as much their concern as it was ours. Thanks, Herdman Plumbing, I know I will always be able to depend on Herdmans.

  Finding a plumber that you can trust and rely on can be overwhelming to say the least. I feel extremely lucky that Herdman plumbing was referred to me by a neighbor. I have needed their services twice so far. Brett was punctual, professional and is extremely knowledgeable. My house is older so not the norm as far as dimensions and fixtures go. Brett dealt with all obstacles like a champ. He gave me options and explained pros and cons. I am extremely happy with my new garbage disposal, repaired leaky shower and replaced recirculator pump.The prices quoted were exactly what was charged- nothing more. I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

  I made the right choice when I selected Herdman Plumbing company. Brett was able to come ahead of my scheduled appointment time, which worked for me. Brett was very polite, professional and friendly. I was impressed by his knowledge of how he took the time to explain what he was doing and how to maintain my drains. Thanks again, Brett.
