  I’ve used Herb Weems Plumbing twice to have my septic tank pumped out. The most recent was today in a rental home I’m staying in, I called every septic company in Volusia County, Herb Weems was the only company willing to come out and pump it out for us. Their driver Armando is a great guy, he ensured the tank was pumped and the house lines were draining properly before he left. Their receptionist/dispatcher was as professional as it gets, she made sure they could fit me in their schedule, even though they normally don’t do pump outs on the day I called. Honestly could not be happier with the service and price we received from them! I would highly recommend them, they have always helped me out when needed and treated me the way a customer wants to be treated.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our son is in the process of buying a home with a VA mortgage and we are completing all his preliminary processes, with that said I called and scheduled a septic pump out and inspection 5 days prior to us driving down from Jacksonville due to the home inspection being done the same day. I explained the situation and timeline to Sarah and she said there would be no issue with the scheduled appointment, however the day of scheduled inspection no one showed at the 2pm appointment time. I spoke with two different people and they both said it couldn't be completed due to their lack of planning. I was also told that the owner said to just apologize to us and for us to find some other business to complete the inspection. Very unprofessional and irresponsible, I would use All Daytona Septic or another business or you may find yourself in the same situation!

  UPDATED Review: We recently had them put in a kitchen faucet. They sent an inexperienced helper by himself to do a plumbers job but charged us full rate. Then we were charged for 3 hours when he was only here for 2. We even looked up our call log with the phone company to verify this. My husband called to discuss this to be reimbursed for the overcharge, and nobody has ever called us back!! The person we talked said "Well you weren't charged for the 2 hoses! (Which are only about $8 each.) We'd rather pay for those than be overcharged $85 for the hour he wasn't here!!! We planned to have them install a complete bathroom in a new building next month but will NOT be using this company ever again after this experience. Old review: We had them come out to install a bathroom faucet. They were initially supposed to come Friday afternoon between 2-5pm but they had an emergency somewhere else and called at 4:30 to let us know they had to cancel. They came right out Saturday morning and did the work. They did a good job and left everything clean. They were efficient and the price was fair. We're happy with the work they did and will be calling them to do more work in the future.
