2 weeks prior to buying our house in elko, we contacted Hensley to paint our interior walls. He said no problem send me half (1684.33)and I’ll order the paint. On our move in day, billy said that the paint still isn’t ready yet and that he’s made 2 ltrips to twin falls (with no car) to get this paint from sherwin Williams. He comes over to the house via getting a ride as he later tells us he is on foot…. Checks out the house for all of 5 minutes and says he has to go and that the other guy that dropped him off has to get to an appointment. So my wife and I think something is off and on a hunch we call the only two twin falls sherwin Williams and speak with their manager. No paint orders have been placed at all for that color or under any accounts from Hensley nor anyone named billy. The manager stated that for our sized order it only takes about 30 minutes to make and we could pick it up anytime. We asked a ton of questions but the moral of the story we paid billy and he didn’t come through. We got a different painter much more professional paid $8000 to come completely make our house brand new and we are happy. Now for the best part. Billy pays us the next day $1080 of the 1684.33he owes us. We exchange text receipts to verify he paid us. So 600 still on the table and he has the audacity to text my wife that it’s people like her that puts people like him out of business. We still haven’t received our money back. This company has a week to give me my money back before I file.
