  I called for a routine back flow prevention device inspection - required by our water provider - Aqua Ohio. Our serviceman - Rick Gallagher - arrived on time - introduced himself and immediately put booties on his shoes to protect our home. He was in uniform, well groomed, polite, and knew what he was doing. Having been in the service industry for over forty years, I know what to look for in a company representative. Rick is a throwback to the good old days. Well Done Henry Heating & Cooling.

  I called for after hours service (leaking water spigot). Tech was messaged and I was called in 5 min. Tech arrived in under an hour with materials. Worked hard and kept work areas clean. Highly recommend!
