  My home was recently struck during the WKY tornados. Putting things back together I decided to get the septic cleaned out. Called these guys on a Sunday and they returned my call that evening. Conducting business on non-business days was a plus for me from the beginning. They promptly scheduled to be there on Tuesday. Tuesday morning at 0700 the driver called to say he was on his way. After arriving he took extra time to explain how our septic system worked as well as tips/tricks to ensure we do not have any problems. Atop the fact that they were prompt and very informative, these guys decided not to even charge me for my cleanout because of what we've just went through with the tornado which was TOTALLY UNEXPECTED! You got to love a company that gives back to their community. They've gained a customer for life as well as any of my friends and family will be recommended to these guys just as they were to me! Thanks again boys, your thoughtfulness will return ten-fold! God Bless you!

  Called Hendricks on 11.9.2021 to have the septic pumped out they sent someone out that afternoon and after he got it pumped we found out we had a blockage so after he pumped it he dug up where out smaller tank is and tried to snake it out with no luck( in the dark mind you) and then today 11.10.2021 they came out again got it unclogged and combing back tomorrow to finish up with a few more things but these guys really know their stuff and get it done right the first time. Will definitely be using them in the future

  We hired Hendricks to come look at our septic. They sent a guy out the same day, Jesse. He cleaned the tank out and found a crack in the tank. He was extremely helpful, prompt, fairly priced and we will ABSOLUTELY be having them come back for any future issues we have!
