  Hired them to fix a leaky connection to a water heater. They changed out the wrong connection. Called them to have them come back out to fix. They have not returned my phone calls. Not sure why because it was not that big of deal to me. Mistakes happen. I normally don't write reviews, but I needed a reminder not to call them again.

  No solution. Geothermal too complex. Hemers did a great job being "johnny on the spot" when it came to my 54° house. Worked on it for 3 hours trying to rewire it with no results. Charged me 450 and walked out the door with no solution other than leaving me without heat for maybe a week before a part could be ordered, with below freezing temps coming mostly all week! Felt he was in it more for the money on a Sunday Doublepay day then ensuring my health and safety to ensure I had heat. Later in the afternoon had another guy who was not local come and take a look,was here maybe an hour or more fixed the problem and was on his way 150 dollars later. The price about the same of course but...this second guy had to drive quite a ways and still knew what he was doing and got the job done in a decent amount of time and I'm not stuck freezing and running 5 space heaters. It's sad really. If you dont know what your doing say you dont know and save my time and money and get out and let me move onto someone who does know 🤬😡
