  I needed a 'DOOR SPRING', because every time I opened my screen door it would open simply too far. So, I decided to go to HELLER'S HARDWARE & RENTAL BUILDING MATERIALS. Now there, I notice the place is a huge complex (more than two buildings). I see the main one which has ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, HARDWARE and so on, on it. Now inside, an employee said, "Good morning sir, how are you this morning?" "I am fine thank you." I told her. Immediately I brush pass her because I really want to look around. HELLAR'S have everything any plumber, electrician, builder, painter, maintenance person, janitor, father or mother would want. I see thousands and thousands of everything...I simply do not know where to begin...so, I made the decision to ask the employee. "Excuse me," I said, "what isle are your door springs located on?" "Oh, I can lead you there if you like?" "Please," I said. Now there I continues. "Thank you very much." I told her, and then she left. After carefully looking over several door springs, I picked one out, went to the cashier, paid, and then left...knowing I will be back one day.

  Owner personally called me to resolve the issue I had while visiting the store. This is exceptional customer service and something that does not happen with the big retail stores. I will be sure to come back for future rentals and purchases.

  This a great place the people are friendly and kind they also have the best prices around especially for a small town store I will always give my BUISNESS to Heller's
