  I called and asked if I could get his hourly rates, he said “if you have to ask about cost, you might as well call someone else” and then hung up on me.

  He came and answered our questions and charged us a very low rate to fix our washer hook up. Thank you so Mr. Heisner. I have told many people about you all the way to Springfield, Mo.
