  Recently moved to Milwaukee from Chicago. Terrible customer service. My employer has an account with this company and several other wholesalers. First of all, the woman answering the phone has the most unprofessional phone voice I have ever heard. Go ahead and give them a call and I guarantee you will swear you are calling a 1-900 number. Totally unprofessional. Stopped in to pick up my order and it was wrong, and the woman who filled it was the same person that I spoke to when placing the order, and do be polite...the voice does not match the person. Just saying. My advice: double check your order before leaving. Also, nobody at this company was wearing a mask and one of their employees was recovering from Covid. There are several wholesalers in the city that offer professional service and wear masks.

Our mask policy is stated clearly on our front door I am so sorry you do not agree with it! As for our employees voice I am so sorry you were offended by it!   I love this place so much all bad reviews are most likely untrue! I can tell you i am a long time customer and there is a big reason i have been working with this company for the past 27 years!!! Keep up the good work guys!!! Also kayla i think that is her name is without a doubt the best employee they have! Now dont get me wrong, everyone there is amazing but i love how kayla goes above and beyond!!! I 100000% recommend working with Heider & Bott!!!

  Compared to other plumbing wholesalers about average. Customer service is terrible, especially the ladies. Not personable and rude.
