  High quality and super friendly technicians and phone staff. Had to get a new water heater put in and know that’s it’s a little more expensive than having Lowes do it but the attention to detail and professionalism was great. You can’t even tell they moved the water lines. They did a great job repainting and texturizing the wall to match. Worth every penny. And even on their first visit they fixed our two wobbly toilets the plumber came and talked to us about how he totally removed the first toilet and resealed it and said he didn’t find a leak and asked us if we wanted to do the same thing to the other toilet to save some money which was super refreshing to see. He explained it all and we appreciate the honesty. We opted to get it done right, but like how they let us make the choice and they even got our water heater put in super quick and worked with our schedule.

  Hefner plumbing is the only plumber service I use. We have done shower remodeling and repair on several occasions and they are always professional, responsible, responsive and helpful. Cody has been the technician to respond to all of our service calls and has always been so helpful and knowledgeable about each job that has been done to our bathrooms. We will continue to use them for each and every plumbing need and recommended them to others! Thank you so much for your reliable services!

  Our experience from the onset was excellent, courteous, and understanding of our issue, and willingness to do their best to respond to our need to get it done asap. Called this morning and technician was here at around 1:20 PM. Dallas was amazing, Knew what to do and got right to work. Your company is fortunate to have such a great young man working for you and we were fortunate to have him as our technician. Thank you again for doing an excellent job!!! We will call again should the need arise, but in all honesty I hope it doesn't.
