I bought a dishwasher from Lowes and though it took longer than expected for Lowes to receive it and we played phone tag with Heaton Construction to schedule the installation. (This is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5). Once Andrew came he did a great job of installing it. You could tell he knew what he was doing. Very neat and clean. Removed my old unit and installed the new one in less that 45 minutes.

I ordered a dishwasher from Lowe's and was notified via text message about the date and time of my installation which was going to be between 2pm and 6pm. That being said, I left work early to be home for the installation. At 5:30pm no one had shown up or contacted me so I called them and the man on the phone spoke very broken English and you could barely understand him. I explain to him that my dishwasher was supposed to be delivered between 2pm and 6pm and still hasn't arrived and no one has contacted me. He said he was sorry, and that the technician had technically difficulties and didn't come to work today. So which one is it? A technical difficulty or did the technician did not come in? But why didn't anyone call me? He said that he didn't know. So here I am, missing work and wasting my whole day for my dishwasher NOT to be delivered. Had they just called me and notified me, it would have been a different story. Also, we spent an extra $250 for installation and this is what happens.

We ordered a dishwasher through Lowe's and it was installed by Heaton. They scheduled the appointment for installation promptly and showed up on time. There was a little hiccup with the initial installation due to the wiring, but they were able to send another person out to get the dishwasher correctly installed within a week. Everyone we dealt with at Heaton was very courteous and professional.
