  I’ve used Jacob for several plumbing issues. He was always easy to get in contact with, performed work and explained what he did and why, and didn’t try to up me on any other services. Very professional and easy to work with.10/10, would plumb again

  Jacob and brother Jordan are imho great! They were working on another unit in the 40 unit complex I live in in San Luis Obispo. I had two outside water sources that the developer installed 30 years ago - they were OLD and leaking. The brothers were able to replace the connections and threw in a hose bibb. I was so surprised they offered to do it that same day while they were on this other job! How many "plumbers" do you know that could/would do a job in one day. Yeah, I know, I'm lucky, but nonetheless these young guys are GOOD! I highly recommend using Heartside Plumbing (AND, I will when I remodel my kitchen in the Fall.) Bobbi B.
