  I like supporting local businesses, so I always call Heartland Plumbing when I have a plumbing problem or project. Sometimes their schedule is full, and if the issue is urgent, I have to look elsewhere. I called Heartland to put in a recirculation line for the tankless water heater they installed. The appointment was set for three weeks later. The week before the start of the job, the plumber came by to access and estimate the project. On the morning of the job was to start, I received a call from the plumber stating he was Home Depot and learned that the pump he was going to use would not work. He was trying to find another pump that would. Five hours later, I texted him asking whether we were still on for today. No reply. Four days later, I called Heartland Plumbing; The scheduler stated that she would contact the plumber and call me right back. Almost six hours later, no reply. I called the office again. I was finally given an estimate. It was a good estimate, but now we are starting all over again with the schedule, and they still have not found the pump. However, after being ghosted for a week, I could not trust them to do the work. This is a level of disrespect I have never experienced from a business.

  I called Heartland Plumbing because my water heater went out. They came the same morning and installed a new one. Not only were they responsive, they gave me a good price. The installation was quick and professional. I have used them several times with the same experiences. I would recommend.

  Fast and efficient service. Tech (Sam) was super knowledgeable and explained everything that he did. Went extra mile to finish the job in one day too.
