  This company put our water heater, furnace and air conditioning for our builder less than 3 years ago. We have had them out 5 times in the first year for either the air conditioning or furnace. We now have a water heater issue and it's less than 3 years old. We were told 5 year warranty on parts. It took them over 4 hours to call us back and then to be told almost $800 for repairs in a week!! How can anyone be expected to wait a week for hot water?? We can get a whole new unit for that price or a little over. They do not stand by their work and want to screw over the homeowners once the builder warranty period is over. Very poor customer service. Buyer beware

  2017 built home with no issues other than this 2-3 year old water heater. Heater doesn't keep up with a 20 minute shower and has blue sediment from internal failure of dip tube, yet company says it's because it's winter and water heater can't keep up. Heater has warranty but in other words says if the water is a certain condition they will void the warranty. Better off paying double to a business that's responsible versus one who shrugs off come backs.
