  Today I called in to to inquire about getting a broken heater looked at. The young lady who answered the phone said sorry, we don’t have time to help you, she said that they were too busy. She never asked if there was a day in the future that would work, or offer any other solutions, just too busy. Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of care by a company Who depends on the public to keep their business running!
