  I wanted to leave a review about Ron. I was having a bit of a challenging plumbing issue and wasn't really sure what I needed to do. I called Ron, left a message and he called me back shortly after. Even though Ron didn't end up coming to my house (at least not yet :)), he spent close to 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through various scenarios and provided VERY helpful guidance. I truly would've still been completely lost without Ron's top-notch assistance. THANK YOU!!

  Ron replaced my outside faucet . He did good work quickly at a reasonable price I will use him for all my future plumbing needs. Edit: Just adding I had to have Ron out again. He is the only plumber I will ever use. Edit I had to have Ron out again. Owning an older house I really value having an honest plumber.

  I called Ron after I discovered a leaking pipe in our laundry room. Ron returned my call right away and walked me through a few things to look for to narrow down the problem to see if it was something I might be able to repair on my own. I really appreciated that! It turned out to be a problem behind the wall and I couldn't fix on my own. Ron set up an appointment right away. Ron was professional, courteous and very thorough. He explained, patiently, everything that was going on and how it was being repaired. The repairs ended up costing less than what I was quoted too! If you are in need of a professional plumber, Ron is your guy! We highly recommend Hayes Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
