  I gave this business a call because my kitchen faucet was leaking so badly, I couldn't use it. The person who answered the phone was quite kind and professional and when I explained my problem, she said, "We probably can't get anybody out to you tomorrow, but soon and they'll let you know when they're coming by." Not a definite time frame, but I was optimistic. Roughly two weeks went by, and I heard nothing. I called again. I identified myself and asked about getting somebody to my house, and was met with "*sigh* I KNOW," ok, if your company is overwhelmed and you know nobody's getting to me to fix a vital part of my home, maybe let me know that. Not being able to just wash my dishes, or fill up my mop bucket, or whatever else, for an extended period of time is a huge pain. She said she would bring it to the scheduler's attention, and it has probably been another couple of weeks since that conversation. Luckily, I found somebody else who came out within a couple of days. I have a functional sink and can wash my dishes again, another business got my money, this business gets my disappointment.

  We understand your frustration with the service you received in 2020. We are disappointed that we were not able to meet your needs as a customer. We understand the basic need for running water in your kitchen and understand how frustrating it must have been to not get prompt service. We sincerely apologize for the poor service you received and are glad you were able to get your problem fixed! 2020 was a difficult year for everyone and we are doing everything we can to serve our current customers with prompt service.
