  The worst experience Ever! Hay Plumbing do not stand behind their work. Hay's was called to fix a problem at my parents home and flooded all of their carpet. The condition they left the home in was terrible and very inconsiderate. When this was brought to their attention they proceeded to claim that the over flow inside the home came from the toilet being repeatedly while they were working outside the home, which was not true because the toilet was not in use because of the plumbing problem. They did not want to stand behind their work and correct what they had done and everything continue to be stopped up and backed up when they left. They are not honest and they have no integrity behind their work.

  Called Hay Plumbing at 11:00 am this morning & they were here in 4 hours! Very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful & answered all my questions! So pleased to know that there really are businesses out there that take pride in doing a professional job. Thank you Hay Plumbing!
