Anthony came to our home to give us an estimate. He was professional and clearly followed all the courtesy steps his company put into place, which included putting booties on his shoes to keep our home clean and wearing his mask. He listened to our specific needs and took the time to reach out to his boss to ensure we were getting a complete and inclusive bid. I really appreciate the time Anthony took with us and his kind and attentive manor made me feel comfortable. He knew what we were dealing with and I was confident that he knew what he was doing. I'm not a fan of paying for an estimate, but Anthony made it worth it!

Straight RIP OFF!!!! Clayton added a P-trap to our existing plumbing. 10 mins worth of work and charged us $750. I spoke to Chanel and Keoni at concerning the OVER charge and the owners offered a $35 coupon on our next service... Poor business practices gets poor reviews. edit... Hey guys... It takes Hawaii Drain Pros 3 hours to install an ABS P-trap! This is a 10 minute job. No lies here, they admitted below.

We are sorry we failed you on the value we gave you for the FAIR price that was given. We try our hardest to provide our customers with fair and honest pricing. The price was over 3 hours of work and parts to do the job. While we did not meet your expectations we can’t agree with you anymore than how you feel. You definitely are not the customer for us with your lies.

Repair man, Kris was great. Explained everything and was upfront about the cost. It was a small caulking job, but their standard rates are $450/hr and he was here for about an hour assessing / and running water first (we couldn’t reproduce the issue unfortunately) and then finishing up the job. So he called and was able to get $100 knocked off, since it was a smaller fix. Probably pretty standard? But I also felt good hearing that if it continued to leak and turns out to be a heftier job (a second visit) the first visit would likely be covered/prorated from the cost of the second visit as it is the same issue. Definitely appreciate the peace of mind there.
