  Amazing company, they were recommended to me by my home insurance provider and they performed a repair on my drainage part of my septic system in a quick efficient manner entire job was completed in 5 hrs great price with a great team!! Mark Sr and Mark Jr as well Bob are very knowledgeable, I have them on speed dial haha!

  Mark was very nice initially but became upset after I offered to buy my own parts that he was over-charging me for. Left a big hole open that he cut under my kitchen cabinet into the under-shower pipes area. The tile guy thankfully covered it up. He initially said "everything" had to be replaced in the shower, but only replaced the broken pipe and tub, but not the pipes for showerhead which are made of the same outdated materials that dissolved and caused this $2600 repair. So hopefully I won't have to tear the whole bathroom apart again in the near future due to not replacing all of the pipes. Poor communication - not very professional. Refused to go back and check a leak after he finished. Got the job done fast though.

  They were only company to call back. Bob came out and was Very professional and knowledgeable. He had to rework the pipes under kitchen sink which had been installed wrong. There were also number of other issues he took care of. Extremely happy with Hauck and will use them again as well as refer my friends and family.
