  I have used Roto Rooter several times and have been very pleased with the service but this recent visit left me not so satisfied. $200 to install a toilet is too much plus the worker left puddles of dirty water which he then walked through the house with his muddy boots. I will think twice about using them again AND will ask the cost beforehand.

  The man who came out to my home was very professional and courteous. I was given the price upfront as a free estimate and he made sure our pipes were running and sealed before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again!

  They wanted an $85 "travel fee" when I only live 29 min away from them...that's not including what they charge per hour or job. Idk how the service is, because I will not pay that much for no reason.
