  Installed cartridge backwards and tried to say we had a bad check valve which was causing the shower head to drip water. Asked for a quote and got a text saying 1000-1150 to fix. Called another plumber (Terry Tidwell) to come have a look. Took him 30 minutes to swap the cartridge. No issues with the valve. 150 bucks and done right. Never again with Haskins.

  They were called to check a leaky garbage disposal and my instructions were to remove it. they installed a new one and charged $650 including a helper. Very dishonest and communication was terrible.

  We called Haskins Plumbing at 9 am. sharp this morning, when they open. Someone immediately answered the phone. We asked if they could, at very short notice, come and replace the toilet flush valve in our master bathroom anytime today. Their answer: Absolutely! What time works best for you? We said....under the circumstances....we will be happy to get ANYTIME! They said...."How does 2 pm. sound?" We said great! At 2 pm. sharp.....one of the plumbers was at the door.....and BOOM! Within a few minutes.....our toilet was flushing again! You can't beat THAT for service. Enough said.
