  I just called Harvey's and was asking if I could speak to someone that repairs weed trimmers . I wanted a qualified opinion about witch one to buy. Some young girl got short with me and hung up on me because she wanted me to talk to her about it after she told me that she had no experience with repairing them. So rude.

  We typically rent from another place but after moving, this was closer. Will be going back to our other place. Customer service was NOT great. We rented a log splitter and only got a few hours of work in before the machine started leaking hydraulic fluid. We stopped using it since it was getting increasing slow and the drip became a steady stream. When we returned it, we were told that we should have ran it dry. What on earth? We stopped using the machine so I wouldn't get damaged and we would be charged for repairs. We didn't know if it would ruin the machine. We didn't get the job done and they didn't offer any sort of compensation for the machine so ying halfways through our scheduled days rental. On top of this, the gentleman inside who processed the return never looked up from his computer or thanked us for my destroying their equipment. No thank you. We'll go back to our other place.
