  The Hart's have been very good to install and repair various plumbing for us for over a decade. They are the best. Good service, good expertise, fair charges. Could not ask for more.

  I called Hart’s Plumbing because of the reviews on their website. Steven was sent over on a Monday to give us an estimate on several plumbing projects. He was very friendly, efficient, and positive. He even cleaned out the hair stopping up the bathroom sink right away. He gave us a fair estimate on two complex issues and will return tomorrow to do the projects we need done. I have complete confidence in his ability and his integrity. Not to mention how pleasant and happy he seems to be. I highly recommend Hart’s and Steven!!

  I called to have three leaky faucets fixed in May. It is now August and after three visits and after $319.83 and one faucet leaking worse than it was originally I have given up with Hart's. I will not use them for my home or for the HOA I manage again. Biggest rip-off I've ever experienced with a plumbing company. Update....The reply that Russel was the last service person here isn't correct. He was here three times. The fourth time another guy came out. When he left, the faucet hadn't leaked but he said if it did to let him know. It started dripping so I texted the technician. And never heard from anyone until I got the bill. Since then, the owner contacted me and came out to work on the faucet. He was very nice and wanted to make it right. He said if there were further problems they would work with me until it was right. And he adjusted the final invoice. The only reason I would continue doing business with Hart's is because the owner did respond to my email and rating in a very positive and respectful way. That goes a very long way to mending ruffled feathers. I have used Hart's for years for my home and the HOA I manage and have never had a problem until now. So fingers crossed....

  I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. This is not the kind of impression we try and leave with our customers or anyone for that matter. Russell was the last one on site and had relayed that everything was working and that you were pleased when he left. We were under the impression that you were happy since we did not hear back from you until today. I always encourage customers to call the office and let us know if there is ever a need to come back out or if the problem is not fixed. We have been in business for over 20 years and pride ourselves on backing the work that we do. We would be happy to come back out to check the faucets again and get this worked out.
