Serviceman, Cory, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The water heater needed replaced. Also, had a toilet leak. The toilet problem was simply a loose tank bolt. Since it is an old toilet and seemed to keep running, replaced the tank guts and lever. Everything fixed within about 2 hours. Area was left clean. Excellent service. Cory was friendly and professional.
