  Mr. Harold came and unstopped my toilet after my grandson flushed something down it a few days before Christmas. He was very professional, well skilled in what had to be done and caring.   I wouldn't know what their service is like because they stood me up twice and never showed and never called. After the first no show I called them and they said they had a lot of emergency calls and reset the appointment for me and never showed again and never called either. I'll never use them, I think that's just horrible customer service!
