Always have a great experience here. All the staff is so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.

I prefer to go to hardware Hank rather then to go to Ace "the helpful place" where in my experience when you don't need help every employee comes and asks you if you need help, but when you do actually need help you can't even find one single employee. And going all the way to Fleet Supply which is the largest hardware store in town way on the East side is just irritating because I live on the West side of town.

They have just about everything I would ever need. Friendly service. Delivered salt to some group homes for me. They rent things for party's, got a tent a couple years ago and all the parts were there.

Helpful people but some of their prices are a little higher then competitors.

Super helpful and friendly staff. They always have what I'm looking for.

Most likely the best customer service I've had in a long time. Helped me get everything I needed on my list.
