  Jared and Kelly from happy pipes plumbing were exceptional to work with and gave my wife and I assurance and peace of mind. We had our water main line break and had no water for a few days. Happy pipes got us temporary water restored quickly while they fixed our water line. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The experience we had with them was hands down the best I’ve had with hiring a plumber. They did excellent work and were very thorough and fixed the issue so we don’t deal with it in the future. Thank you so much happy pipes!

  I hired Happy Pipes for a sewer inspection on a home I was considering purchasing. I shopped around getting quotes from several plumbers in the area offering this service. I chose Happy Pipes because the customer service was very friendly and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable about the service I would be provided. The price they quoted me was only higher than the competitors by $30-$40 and included a check of the plumbing in the house as well as the sewer line. The day of the appointment I didn’t hear anything from the company until I reached out in the last 45 minutes of the appointment window they gave me. They then told me he would be late. When my technician arrived he was very friendly and just quickly checked about price and what he would be doing in the house. He immediately told me that I shouldn’t have been quoted a price over the phone and that the price I was given was about $50 under the actual cost. My realtor and I both said that we would hire someone else if they weren’t going to honor the quoted price. The inspection went fine. We weren’t able to check much of the sewer because of blockage, which obviously isn’t their fault. The technician wasn’t bad. He clearly knows plumbing, but I was uncomfortable the whole time because of the price conversation. He continued to say things like “I’m the one who raised prices for the company.” It was weird. It’s my fault that I only had a verbal agreement over the phone and I should have had the quote in writing. There isn’t anything wrong with the plumbers and their knowledge, I just wouldn’t trust that this company is going to give me fair job estimates. I wouldn’t recommend them or hire them again.

  We used Happy Pipes Plumbing for a repair to our water main, and we are very pleased! Their team (which consisted of Scott and his assistant) was professional, thorough, efficient, and friendly. Our repair required a hole to be dug near our house, which displaced some of the landscaping. They were thoughtful about how they removed and then replaced the bush and soil at the end of the job. They even used a tarp so that the soil didn't mix in with the grass as they were digging. Another thoughtful extra touch was that they put on shoe coverings every time they came into the house so that they kept our floors free of dirt and debris. During the course of the repair they had to remove a buried downspout. When Scott replaced it, he even removed the dirt for us that inevitably accumulates inside those drains over the years. Scott thoroughly explained all of the repair work they performed. It was easy to tell he and his assistant take pride in their work, and that they are experienced professionals. We truly appreciate the work they did for us! Also, I should note that Heather (the scheduler) was always a delight to speak with. Every time we spoke she was friendly and accommodating. We ended up re-scheduling our job twice due to cold outdoor temperatures, and I never got the feeling that she was annoyed or put out by having to re-schedule for us. Additionally, their pricing was affordable and fair. A big thank you to the entire team at Happy Pipes Plumbing! We highly recommend them if you're in need of a good plumber. We will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.
