  Hansen’s sales and service team are always friendly and professional, and Jason was no exception. Very personable, and took time to explain in detail our options in dealing with an old HVAC system. We decided to replace rather than repair, which they will do tomorrow-SATURDAY-at no extra cost. Hansen makes customer service a priority, it shows in everything they do including maintenance, warranties, pricing, finding the best solutions to fit customer need, and getting the job done not just fast, but efficiently. Just THE BEST!

  It was a great transaction and very professional. Troy showed up within a couple of hours of the phone call for service needed. He was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed every issue including one initial installation error from the original installation from another company. Our AC has never worked this great! We will be using Hanson from now on. Highly recommended.

  Hansen replaced my failing AC unit, from the old coolant type, and the total replacement came with 10 years parts/labor/maintenance bundled in. The system has been flawless for 3 years and they schedule the periodic maintenance for full tests 3 times now. Their techs are always professional and get the job done. They never leave a mess or cut other corners. Yes a new AC is pricey, no matter who you buy it with, but the comprehensive 10 year coverage really seems like it's worth it. A decade of not dealing with that headache is really nice.
