  Tony Hanni went above and beyond my expectations when I called to schedule cabin winterizing. He returned my original call promptly and said they could get to my place early the next week. I was happily surprised when he called me back the next evening and said that he had squeezed in my job that day. He asked me a few questions that I did not know the answer to as it is my first year at the cabin. I mentioned that I could call the previous owner to find out. Tony said it might be easier if he just called the previous owner himself. He did, and called me back to let me know what he had found out. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience. I will definitely call Hanni plumbing every year going forward. Thank you for your care and attention to your customers.

  I have used Hanni for past service work. They are professional, courteous, great on communication, and are reasonable. Tony is also very helpful in helping the customer troubleshoot a problem in order to complete your own repair. Highly recommend them.
