I called him last Thursday and they told me they would either be out possibly Monday but for sure the next Tuesday. Monday comes and goes there is no call which I expected Tuesday comes and still no call I contacted them after 10 AM on Tuesday to find out what time they were supposed to be at my house. At first the secretary did not seem to know about my appointment. Then she proceeded to tell me that there were two emergency calls that morning and if I wanted to call another company to go ahead. I asked her why I did not receive a phone call at least explaining the situation yes I was a little frustrated and she said they had a couple of emergencies that I should call another company. Apparently since I did not have an emergency my appointment was Noll and void. They had no intention on coming to my house when they promised. I am having septic issues and before it backs up into my house I am trying to get them repaired. So unless you have an emergency do not trust this companyTo come out and help you when they say they will.

Installed a Water Heater in my mothers home and quoted 175.00 before the install. By time the services was performed multiple extraneous charges were added and the 175.00 simple install quote was increased to 500.00. When the company was approached with this issue the front desk lady exclaimed "Well are you not going to pay it?" while having my mother on the speaker phone and then saying multiple times that payments wasn't their policy, company refused to be amiable to my mother during this holiday season and as a homeowner myself I would suggest to avoid this company at all costs.

My dryer stopped working, not only did they have the part I needed, they had a fair price as well. I was able to fix my dryer that day instead of waiting on the part to ship.
