  Don't make it right Hoss Mr. Manager and condescending whippersnapper tellin me I can't take the Amazon packages I bought and paid for. I should have called the possie sheriff in on you two, actin like you had some right to hold my packages hostage, makin me wait, and wait, and wait, while you russled through so much old garbage you can't find my paid order, unable to comprehend an invoice, unwilling to view a drivers licence in lieu of a qr code you could not look up due to the lack of technology available to provide an enhanced customer service, not comprehending losing a customer because of that solid stance Hoss. Yes I sure did check those boxes after you cost me an extra 30 mile drive, cause it's time for mangers to retire when they start treating patrons with such horrible disrespect. I'm done with both this old shack and Amazon. There are plenty other hardware stores around.

  Extremely nice customer service they were able to find exactly what I needed. This store has items that a lot of places don't so if you need something and you can't find it anywhere else stopping here and I bet they might have it.
