  The contractor for my painting and floor tile was professional, on time, and courteous. He did a good job when laying the tile, but I was not satisfied with some areas with the paint job, as well as a small section of the tiling. I contacted the office and was told to expect a call back from the contractor to correct the areas of concern. I became frustrated after a couple days, a couple more calls, and still no return call. I sent an email to voice my dissatisfaction with the communication. At that time, the company owner got involved and very quickly resolved the issue. The owner, Geoff Cook, came to review the work, helped to correct the problems, and along with the contractor, addressed all my concerns. I feel confident that any problems will be addressed responsively and professionally. I was happy with the result and would use them again.

  I'm giving Mark from handyman connection a five-star review because of his honesty, integrity and professional advice. He arrived early for my appointment to have my deck evaluated. He patiently answered all of my questions even though he knew he was not going to be able to do the work. I appreciate this type of honesty and I will use them for future handyman jobs in the future.
