  Today, employees of Handyman Al saved me again. I moved here in December, surprised to find my trailer had been damaged by water. I went around asking people who to call and one lady from another company told me about Handyman AL. She said they are great and have a variety of trained experienced men who do exceptional work. And I should call them especially when I was given the run around with other companies. I needed to open up two small bedrooms to make one larger room and Jason, a carpenter from Handyman Al, came in and worked diligently to create the place for an updated bedroom. He created a place where I can go and spend time reading, resting, and time to work at my desk. He is talented in helping with decisions on design as well as expense. Going beyond, Jason knew I was sleeping on the couch and took the time to work on a Saturday to finish the bedroom enough, so I would be able to sleep in my own bed for a change. And today two employees came to fix a mixup of plumbing that was created by another company that ran away after cutting into my copper lines and created leaks. When I called Handyman Al, they came in and fixed the leaks and put in the new winterizing system for water pipe in no time at all. Every employee I have met working for this company has been impressive. Not only with skills and experience but a true caring towards their customers. You can never go wrong with Handyman Al, the crew that I have met so far has far exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to their customers and workmanship is beyond most companies around. I have to take the time to speak about their secretary / billing person as well, She is always kind and helpful. She handles any situation with understanding and respectfulness. And when I have a question she has always given me time to understand everything clearly. I have more work to my home and I am truly thankful for this company here in Rapid City. The owner has chosen talented and knowledgeable trained employees with a positive attitude towards their customers. Tonight, I can go to sleep and know that two young men took care of my humble home and cared about me. Thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.

  Got new gutters on my home - wanted guards put up. Worked for over a month to get a date. Took off time from work on the day (hours I will not get back) - never showed. Not a call, not a text, not an email to reschedule. No explanation at all. Gave them an out, more than once, if they didn't want to do it. Very unprofessional as a business, especially in this day & time with small businesses going under. Will not recommend.
