Hagerman plumbing service did an awesome job. They were punctual, polite, friendly and respectful. Larry and Jesse worked till the job was completed. I will definitely use this company for  any service they offer.

So within 30 minutes of calling these guys they were at my house. 20 minutes later they had my pipes unfrozen and my toilet unclogged. They were very friendly, and professional. There was also 3 inches of snow on the ground and they got out their shovels to look for my sewer drain. I would reccomend these guys to anyone who needs a plumber. The only reason they got 5 stars is because Google will not allow me to give them 10! Thanks a bunch hagerman. Yall are the best!

I have never had an issue with this company. They have been sent out twice for the same problem, and only charged me once for it because they didn't get it right the first time....that is their honesty and why I keep coming back to them. I have 3 children whom are always at home when they come, and they take the time to talk and explain stuff to them as well. This is a great company and I will continue to use them.

Terrible company and experience! I called and was quoted $65 per hour plus parts. I let the office lady know up front that I wanted to keep the total at $100 or below and was told this should be no problem and that if it were going to cost more they would call first. The plumber showed up over an hour late to our rental home.  After it was all said and done they emailed me a bill for 2.25 hours of labor plus parts. When I called in inquire I was told that they bill labor at $65 per hour from the time the plumber leaves their office or previous job until they return to the office or the next job. I let them know this was not quoted too me up front and I would have never hired them or agreed to this. I have tried to call and email them to discuss these charges and they are unwilling to work with me or reduce any of these charges. Please be ware if you hire them you will be paying $65/hour while they are driving across the county to get to your house or to the next job and you are responsible for the driving time. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

I believe this is a case of a customer hearing what they wanted to hear, rather than what was said. First of all, our employee's do not give estimates for work over the phone. We can't because we have no idea as to what problems we will face. We do tell them our hourly rate which is $65.00 per hour. Our time does start when our tech leaves for the job site, but the time ends when they are complete with the job, not when they get back to the office. I know of no company in our area that only charges for time spent on the job with no travel. Some companies call it a trip charge, mileage charge or truck charge, but they do charge for travel time. The owner of this property lives in Idaho so I do not know how she determined that we were late to her property. We also do not give exact times as to when we will arrive at job sites. The time is justified as we had to replace parts in the water closet tank and also had to cut out the drain to the tub and replace, which is a lengthy job.

I'm so happy with our experience this morning when needing our furnace serviced. They were quick to get us in and quick to get the job done. The technician was friendly and informative and the cost was very reasonable! We will definitely be using Hagerman again.

Had an appointment for a faucet and dishwasher installation. Plumbers were late, sat in the car smoking, went to go "get a part" and were gone almost two hours. Came back, worked for 30 minutes, then said he was "missing a tool" that he had given to a coworker. Left for lunch/and to get the tool. Again, gone almost two hours (1:45), came back and finished the job in 20 minutes. Total worked about 90 minutes. Was charged $431. NO INVOICE - plumber said it would be mailed to me in a MONTH. No idea what I was charged for exactly other than the guys taking extended breaks and some work was done. Wrote them a letter and no response, no invoice, nothing. Horrible customer service. Also had $30 on my kitchen table for the lawnmower man, and it disappeared. I even went through the trash looking for it. Just saying.

Professional & did the job I needed.
When I called they had me set up with an appointment soon where I didn't have to wait a long time.

Came quickly and fixed problem the same day! Reasonably priced. Paid over the phone and the woman was the nicest!

We were so happy with Hagerman! They were very honest and saved us a lot of money and stress! They fixed the mistakes of another local company. Mr. Merritt was the best! Thank you!
