BLUF: Customer care and service was quality.

H & S conducted a drain line clean-out that I have done annually. In the past, I've hired 3 other companies to complete this task. Trying to spread my business around, I used H & S most recently and was billed for an amount more than 2.7 times what the others charge. The egregious bill summary was NOT worth the services rendered. Very poor value. I would not recommend this business to any of my friends.

Ryan and Tim helped out with a clogged toilet. They were super helpful and personable and able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Shawn and Chance were professional, personable and just good guys. Great communication and in and out. Would highly recommend.

Been waiting for over two months for our tankless water heater to be be fixed. Numerous phone calls have been made, NEVER get a call back. The system is under warranty with H & S. It should be fixed by now, by them! Poor service, poor communication, not professional. Very disappointed.

With a large family having the water heater go out is bad, Having it go out on the weekend is worse but Tim and Brian from H&S responded and had us up an running in no time. Always professional and simply the best!!! Highly recommended!

The team at H&S is outstanding, from top to bottom. When our AC unit went out at the start of a week of hot weather, we received top notch, friendly, and efficient service from beginning to end - fair estimates, above and beyond in getting our new AC unit in town, and prompt installation. While this was our first AC project with them, we've used for plumbing as well with similar experience. Couldn't ask for more or recommend them highly enough - the owners have built a great team and it shows!

I was very impressed with H & S all around. I was having issues with my water draining and contacted H&S on a Sunday. They didn't hesitate and got ahold of me right away to set up an appointment for Monday. They were knowledgeable, quick and courteous. Trevor and his partner did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend H&S and will use them in the future if any other issues arise. Thanks H&S!

Scheduled appointment 3 months ago. Called today, to see when they would be out. was told if I had called last week they could have helped. But now they are booked. Meanwhile, my yard is burning up. Seems that we small time customers aren’t worth their time.

I love that I was sent a picture of the technician before they arrived! Quick, efficient and personable!

I've used them several different times as I've done remodeling in my batthroom and needing a new dish washer installed.  Every time I have called them I received professional care and competent and friendly staff.  I'm so glad I found them.  All their work has been exemplary and timely.  Without reservation I give them 5 stars.
