  Very fast very professional very affordable. What I really appreciated was how they were willing to spend plenty of time on the phone talking out my issue even before I committed to using their services. I will absolutely be calling them again if I need a plumber.

  Normally I love this convenient plumbing supply store in Herndon on Grove Street. They always have the plumbing parts I need and at a decent price. I have never used their service techs for at home repairs. I go to them for across the counter in store sales. But today sadly the guy behind the counter did not have a mask on, it is December 2020. I suspect they did not get the 2020 memo that a pandemic is in progress and we need to protect one another. I masked up for them. A few bonus points, they did have some hand sanitizer on the counter top. I try to support local, I could have purchased these parts more safely by Amazon.

  Needed advice & parts to repair leaky faucets & toilet not flushing strong. Received correct advice & parts which allowed me to complete the jobs. H & S Plumbing has been our go to plumber since 1987. Always 100% reliable & simply the best plumbing company you can find in the greater Reston area. Ask for Ronnie for advice & assistance. Honest, reliable, friendly family plumbing business, period.
