  The staff very courteous and helpful. Initially getting toilet tank ring replaced. I decided to replace entire toilet. My Mansfield 1986 didn't always clear 1st time. Before photos. Will post again when new install is complete.

  Property management hired this company to come out on the weekend to fix an over flowing toilet at my rental home. Turns out that all that needed to be replaced was a fill valve. If you are not familiar on what it takes to replace a fill valve I suggest you google it to get some context. Bottom line up front, it’s not a hard job. I was charged for 2 1/2 hrs of work to replace it! Mind you the tenant had already cleaned up the water, so all that was done is replacement of the valve. I have no quarrel with the amount they charged per hour, $189, since it was the weekend. My issue is the amount of time they claimed it took to replace it. I am still waiting for the owner to give me a call back to explain to me how it took their “professional” plumber 2 1/2 hours to fix the issue. I would have fixed it myself in less than an hour, but I live outside of the state. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

  Thank you for the review, but it appears our owner has already reached out. This came over as an emergency call for us as a burst pipe. We changed the fill valve and flapper on the toilet and had to check the main which was shut off to remedy any further leaks by the tenant. We do our due diligence with emergency calls and do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  This was my first time using this company and was referred by a friend of mine. I must say I was very impressed with the amazing work and how quickly they fixed my issue, not to mention they were on time and I didn't have to wait around like some other companies make you do! I would like to say the young man who was the one doing all the work (john) I believe was his name was very professional, honest, and explained everything to me as it was being done. I would highly recommend this company and their hard working employee if anyone needs a plumbing company this is the ONE!!! thank you H&K plumbing...
