  We have used H & B plumbing since 2017 when purchasing a new home in the area. They have been great at answering all of our questions as well as follow up calls. We have used them multiple times. - Inspected the boiler system and educate us on how it works. (we were from out of state and unfamiliar with this type of system) - Minor call to fix a toilet - Larger project - Removing and installing a baseboard so we could upgrade our window to a slider. We were fairly confident we would not be able to do this upgrade because of the scope of what would need to be done. But H&B was quick to reassure even over the phone that it was possible and came out quickly to take a look at the scope of the job. The slider project was on a tight schedule and they worked very well with the painter, and window installation during the winter this year. The guys were very knowledgeable and the home was left in wonderful condition! I would recommend H&B Plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy company!

  I invited H&B Plumbing & Heating to winterize my home in spite of a not good reference from my neighbors who used them once before. The reason I invited them is because Werner Plumbing & Heating is practically does not take new customers. They came worked for exactly 1 hour an 15 minutes but in the bill they wrote that they worked for 2 hours and 15 minutes. As a result they overcharged me by over $40. I talked to the owner asking to refund $50, he flatly refused. Do not recommend this service to anybody.

  Have been a customer since 2017 starting with the construction of my home. Ryan, John, Jessica and Jake are all provided excellent service and professionalism before, during and after the construction. Highly recommend H & B!
